If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Punjab: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OFFGRID is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, OFFGRID cannot guarantee delivery dates. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and product. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

International Shipping

Currently, OFFGRID ships only within India.
